3. Creator & Brand Obligations

• Brands: Must provide accurate product details, comply with applicable regulatory advertising disclosures, and pay agreed service fees on schedule.
• Creators: Must produce original, authentic content, adhere to campaign briefs, and comply with all legal disclosure requirements (e.g., #ad, #sponsored).

4. Intellectual Property

Unless explicitly transferred in a written campaign agreement, all materials, custom code, graphics, branding, and content published on this website remain the exclusive intellectual property of The Prabhaav.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall The Prabhaav be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our site or services. Campaign metrics such as views, engagements, or conversion rates may vary depending on market conditions, creator performance, and platform algorithms.
